[Koha] Not calculation fine

I am using Koha 17.11, Debian 9.

My fine rule is
student Books Edit
<http://192.168.1.125:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/smart-rules.pl#> Delete

6 2 14 days None defined 2.00 0 Start of interval 0 0 3 14 No 5 5 Yes Allow
No 0.000000 Edit

Kindly solve my problem

I also run script as per koha geek blog.

Hi Takan,

Check the setting of the syspref "finesMode". It should be set to
"calculate and charge"

Hi Takan,

if the problem still exists, can you write up your circulation condition
in a more readable format?

Also, is there maybe another more specific rule that overrides the one
where you set the fines?
