[Koha] Import Patron from CSV not working

Hello,

I would need to import few hundreds users from the CSV. I have created the
csv in required format. When I have tried to import them, I got the error
related to branchcode.

I have created one library with multiple groups, and added groups as
branchcode in the csv.

Please let me know shall I have to create multiple libraries for the branch?

Hi Laxmi,

in order for the CSV to work, you will have to use a valid branchcode,
not a group. A patron in Koha cannot have more than one home library at
a time.
