[Koha] Label Creator

Hi All,
I am trying to create label from koha label creator and quick spine label. But when I download it in pdf(using label creator), it doesn’t open any file and shows message “ couldn’t open pdf” . And when I create it from quick spine label, it asks me barcode and then shows a page to print but the page has no label on it and is empty. What might be the issue?

This could be issue either in your barcode or template setting.

This cold be the issue if you have tried to fix some bug out of wiki
guideline.

I am entering barcode by myself in quick spine label creator without any special character and it shows me empty pdf page to print instead of that barcode. What Should I do to it?
