[Koha] No check outs with overdues

Hi there

Apologies, I am sure there is a very obvious setting in admin that I am just missing but could someone let me know how I can set circulation so that is a patron has overdues that further checkouts are not allowed? I have set for no renewals with overdues but the librarian would like to also not allow further checkouts if a patron has overdues.

Any help appreciated.

Feel a bit of an idiot as I had already blocked that but just assumed in my testing that if the field to scan the book in check out was there it was not blocked but of course once you try to issue an item it is blocked.
