[Koha] 008 Field builder - blank screen

We have a problem with the 008 field builder. Here's a link to a screen of
the field builder that appears when editing a new record from a z39.50
download. There's no way to edit it.

f we create a record ourselves, the 008 seems to work fine.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
This happens on Chrome on a Mac and also on Windows (but I don't know what
browser).
We're running 18.05.02

Only when editing from z39.50? Strange.
Try take a look to file
/usr/share/koha/intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/data/marc21_field_008.xml
and check whether something is amiss.

It turned out to be a problem with our base urls, they weren't directing to
the https address (we recently did some work on the site security, and
that's what broke it). We also had to clear the memcache
It all works now.
