[Koha] check out time emails

Hi All,
Are there any settings for email notifications at check in / check out / suggestions management time other than the settings that we do for every patron category??
I am trying to send emails from my KOHA at circulations time but no email is being sent but I am able to send and receive email from serial claim module. Can anyone help What might be reason for this issue??

0. Use mailutils to check if your email setup is actually working

1. Check if you have enabled emails for your Koha instance

2. Check the message queue table for pending status

3. Check /var/log/mail.log

Hi,
Email setup is working because it is sending emails for serial claims.
How to check enabled emails for koha instance? I have enabled them in patron category and item circulation alerts.
